Classes

Here at E Health Club we have 2 studios running over 70 classes a week, catering for all tastes and abilities. If you are just starting out we have a range of Level 1 classes which are low impact and low intensity and designed to introduce you to the idea of movement. Our level 2 classes are our intermediate classes and are by far and away our most popular classes. These classes are for advanced exercisers who are used to movement and have built a regular routine of classes into their daily lives. Our level 3 classes are our high intensity classes for those members who are looking for a intensive burn.
